Shipping Policy

FREE UK WIDE SHIPPING ON ALL ORDERS (exempt one-piece training poles)

We stock most items here in our UK based warehouse

If your item is in stock, we will dispatch all orders the same day if your order is placed before 12pm on normal working days (Monday - Friday excluding bank holidays).

Once your order is dispatched from our warehouse, you will be notified by email, using the email address you provided when placing your order. You should receive tracking information for your order via email, or text and email if you have provided us with a mobile number.

Delivery Rates

Currently, we are offering free UK wide delivery on all orders with the exemption large one-piece training poles.

Standard Delivery Rates

Carriage is based on sizes, quantities and weight of the items ordered and is calculated automatically by our system at checkout. Normally standard delivery if £3.95 up to 2kg and £5.95 for orders between 5kg and 20kg in weight to UK mainland.

The delivery rate for one-piece training poles is £9.95 due to the over-sized nature of this product. 

Unfortunately, Certain postcodes, Scottish Highland, Northern Ireland and Offshore Islands and some very large bulky orders may incur a surcharge to above prices. All International deliveries are charged on an individual order basis. Please ask us for an exact price.

When will I receive my order?

We usually ship orders the same day, so most orders will be with you within 2/3 days of placing the order. Please expect longer delivery times for bulkier items.
